On March 7, 2024, the cutting of the Hellenic Institute’s annual cake took place. The event was attended by His Eminence the Bishop of Italy, who blessed the cake, the President of the Greek Orthodox Community of Venice, the Honorary Consul of Greece in Venice Dr. Bruno Bernardi, the staff, scholars, researchers and friends of the Institute. The President of the Institute, Professor Vassilios Koukousas, welcomed the guests and conveyed the greetings of the Ambassador of Greece in Rome, Mrs. Eleni Surani.
