Upon receipt of the complaint, the procedure for warning and withdrawal of illegally published content is initiated, as follows:

  1. The Administrator confirms that it has received the complaint by email or mail and makes a preliminary assessment of its validity and credibility.
  2. Upon receipt of a valid complaint, the material is temporarily removed from the Administrator’s Portal until a consensual solution is found.

iii.The complainant and the Administrator or any other natural/legal person who submitted the material are required to resolve by mutual consent and within a short period of time the issue of the complaint by adopting one of the following solutions:

α.The material is republished in the same format as before.

b. The material is republished with changes.

c. The material is permanently withdrawn from the catalogue of the Website.

  1. As long as the Administrator and the complainant cannot reach a mutually acceptable solution to the issue, the material remains unavailable through the catalogue until an agreement on the matter is reached.
